September 17, 2026: first publication
The first set of Clark County siding ranges went live, each checked against local contractor price pages that day:
- Fiber cement (James Hardie) re-side, typical home: $16,000–$32,000
- Vinyl re-side, typical home: $8,000–$18,000
- Fiber cement, installed: $8–$15 per sq ft
- Vinyl, installed: $3–$8 per sq ft
- Small dry rot repair (trim, fascia, a few boards): $300–$1,500
